Cancellations

Because all books are printed on demand through IngramSpark, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been submitted for printing.
Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for books unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please carefully review your order before checkout, as all sales are final once processing begins.
Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and photos of the book and packaging.

We will work with IngramSpark to provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part or IngramSpark’s.
Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with IngramSpark and the shipping carrier. If the order cannot be located, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.
